A Hydro-Qubec bill is not like others

As soon as you let us know that you are having trouble paying a bill, we can propose a payment arrangement that suits your circumstances and will make things easier for you.

If you don't meet a payment due date and we haven't heard from you, we will be obliged to take steps to recover the amount owing, and maybe even interrupt delivery of electricity. So avoid unpleasantness for you and your customers. You'll also have to pay a reconnection fee if your power is cut.

Maintain control with the Equalized Payments Plan and Authorized Payment
Imagine never having to remember to pay your bill. There are two benefits to combining the Equalized Payments Plan and Authorized Payment: You pay the same amount every month, and payments are made automatically. Many of our customers have also negotiated a line of credit with their banks in case there are ever insufficient funds in their accounts. The interest rate on a line of credit is much lower than a late penalty.
