Procedure for obtaining a purchase rebate
Purchase products
Products must be purchased from a participating distributor.
Fill in and return rebate form
Have the following documents and information on hand:
- An electricity bill indicating the contract number for each location where a replacement product has been installed;
- Replacement product invoice(s);
- Your Québec enterprise number (NEQ).
- Your Québec sales tax (QST) number.

Send in the following
- A rebate form duly completed and signed by you;
- Copies of invoices for products for which a rebate is being requested.
Send Hydro-Québec the rebate request form and copies of the invoices

Processing Time
You will receive your rebate within 30 days of receipt of your request by Hydro-Québec, provided that the form is duly completed and accompanied by the required documents.
