Recognition and visibility

The ENERGY WISE Competition of Excellence was designed to honor the accomplishments of Hydro-Québec's customers and business partners and to publicize those achievements and the people behind them.

ENERGY WISE Citations of Excellence for business customers

• Special ceremonies will be held to honor the customers who receive an ENERGY WISE Citation of Excellence and the consulting partners who collaborated on the project.
• The selected customers and their consulting partners will receive a certificate attesting to the quality of their project.
• An advertisement to promote the selected customers and their consulting partners will appear in newspapers.
• The customers who receive an ENERGY WISE Citation of Excellence will be featured on Hydro-Québec's Web site.

ENERGY WISE Awards of Excellence for business customers and partners

The ENERGY WISE Competition of Excellence recognizes exceptional accomplishments in the energy efficiency sector. Winners will receive targeted media coverage and increased visibility in their sector and among their clients.

Finalists

• All of the finalists will be invited to a prestigious awards ceremony to be held in September 2009, at which the names of the ENERGY WISE Awards of Excellence winners will be announced.
• An advertisement to promote the finalists will appear in newspapers.

Winners

• The winners will receive a trophy designed by a Québec artist.
• They will benefit from significant visibility (newspapers, television, Internet, general magazine) in the fall of 2009.
• The names of the grand prize and special prize winners will also be announced at the awards ceremony.
