Thanks to 1,500 workers on the ground, service has been restored for almost all customers affected by the storm that hit on November 1, 2019.

At the height of the event, there were approximately 990,000 customers without power. Strong winds caused a huge number of outages across Québec.

Our employees and partners quite literally braved the storm, working in very difficult conditions, to repair the damage to the system and restore electricity service to Quebecers.
