As a large-power customer, you'll have the opportunity to take part in quality partnership sessions designed to ensure the continuing improvement of our products and services. An annual meeting attended by representatives of your company and Hydro-Québec provides an opportunity to review every aspect of our business relationship. Following the meeting, we will prepare a plan of action to ensure your expectations are met.
In 2009, our large-power customers' overall satisfaction rate stood at 9.21 on a scale of 1 to 10.
