Project outline form

To be eligible for financial assistance under the Empower Program for Building Optimization, you must submit a duly completed project outline form to Hydro-Québec through the file transfer module [module d'envoi des documents] before the project start date.

When you submit the form, the file transfer module assigns a reference number [numéro de dossier] to the project, to be used in all future correspondence.

You must send a project outline form before submitting any application for financial assistance from Hydro-Québec. But only a letter confirming the amount of financial assistance [Confirmation d'engagement d'un appui financier] sent in response to a project proposal submitted as specified in the Participant's Guide may commit Hydro-Québec in this regard.

Customer information

Information on project partners

  • Contact information, including e-mail address, for in-house technical supervisors (customer)
  • Contact information, including e-mail address, for external technical supervisors (partner)

Project information

  • North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for activities carried out in building covered by project
  • Address of building where work is to be done
  • Project start date
  • Description of project and planned electricity-saving measures
  • Electricity supplier and account number. For new buildings, customer number.
    Have a recent electricity bill on hand when you fill in the project outline form.
