Locating an outage

• Hydro-Québec locates outages based on customer reports (1 800 790-2424). Our system automatically associates your telephone number with the corresponding address in our files.
• Customer outage reports are essential to us. They allow us to identify isolated outages and assess their extent.
• The system will tell you if the outage has already been reported and will provide you with all available information. If the outage seems to be widespread, listen to the radio for more information.
