The personal information held by Hydro-Québec holds is declared in an inventory of personal information files in accordance with Section 76 of the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information. This inventory is accessible under subparagraph 5 of the first paragraph of Section 4 of the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information.
