- By phone: Call Services à la clientèle [customer services] at the number
on your bill.

years of age or older who hold a Hydro-Québec residential
account and have notified us of a change of address
online in one of these three periods: between March 8
and June 30, 2009, between July 1 and October 31, 2009,
or between November 1, 2009, and February 28, 2010.
Approximate value of prizes: two cheques in the amount
of $3,000 applicable towards the purchase of one or
more ENERGY STAR® qualified household appliances.
