Any Hydro-Québec customer, whether a tenant or homeowner, who has held a service contract in their own name at their current address for at least 12 months*, no matter what type of home: apartment, single-family house, condo, cottage, etc., and no matter what type of heating system: electric, oil, natural gas, etc.
