For over 30 years, Hydro-Québec has contributed substantially to the advancement of environmental knowledge.
Its studies, research, innovative methods and technologies have been described in numerous publications.
The Environment Documentation Centre is making this knowledge available to you.
The Centre has more than 35,000 items in its collection, and some 12,000 of them deal with environmental studies and research written by or for Hydro-Québec. In addition to environmental impact assessments, there are specific studies on mitigation measures, environmental follow-up, some species of wildlife, and more.
In cooperation with field specialists, the Centre produces bibliographies on specific topics to make this research better known. They can be accessed from the menu on the left.
The Documentation Centre's catalogue is only available on CD-ROM and cannot be accessed over the Internet.
It is updated twice a year, in January and July. The initial subscription costs $50 and subsequent years are $20. A nonsubscription version may be obtained for $30.
To subscribe to or order the CD-ROM, please complete the form [PDF] and send it with a cheque payable to Hydro-Québec.
