For any work or development in a transmission right-of-way, prior approval must be obtained from Hydro-Québec and an agreement must be signed (lease or technical permission).

Once the project has been authorized and an agreement signed by the applicant and Hydro-Québec, the contractor overseeing the project must fill out the form below to obtain the document “Intervention près des lignes électriques de transport”, as required by the Commission des normes de l’équité et de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST).

Provided an agreement has been signed, the document will be sent out five business days after Hydro-Québec receives the completed form.
