The Conditions of Service apply to all Hydro‑Québec customers. They cover electricity service contracts, billing and payment, supply modes and connection to the system, as well as the rights and obligations of customers and Hydro‑Québec.

It includes the regular complaint examination procedure, the accelerated examination procedure in the event of a service interruption or notice of service interruption, and the accelerated examination procedure concerning Hydro‑Québec’s determination of a risk level for large‑power service contracts.
