Over 1 million customers lost power as a result of Wednesday's freezing rain event. Work continues and today, Wednesday, April 12, service had yet to be restored to fewer than 3,000 customers.

Crews will keep working until everyone has power again. There are still some complex cases that will take a little longer. It is impossible to give a precise restoration time, as our crews are discovering the work that needs to be done as they go along.
