Encourage load shedding and consumption shifts among business customers during winter peaks.

Description

Each year, Hydro-Québec seeks the public’s help in meeting power demand during winter peaks, i.e., between 6 and 9 a.m. and between 4 and 8 p.m. on very cold days.

The Lab works with internal and external stakeholders to understand the irritants/obstacles to signing up for the Demand Response (DR) Option and also to improve Hydro-Québec’s services and programs so that they better respond to customer needs and energy issues.
