Hydro-Québec is continuing its efforts to adequately respond to the needs of people with disabilities. The Report outlines the progress the organization has made with regard to each of the obstacles identified in its Action Plan. It also presents the measures the company has introduced to reflect the recommendations made by the Office des personnes handicapées du Québec. The report covers the following six areas:

  • accessibility of the intranet site for employees
  • accessibility of the company’s website
  • accessibility to jobs in the company
  • staff awareness of the reality of people with disabilities
  • adapting the access to work facilities and spaces as well as to goods and services
  • customer service to assist people with disabilities
