The immersive experience is offered in full compliance with the health regulations in effect related to the current pandemic. Rest assured that Massif de Charlevoix‘s teams are following all guidelines issued by public health officials and all necessary measures are being implemented.
You must do the following:
- Wear a mask or face covering at all times in the chalets and the gondola lifts.
- Stay two metres away from other people.
- Only people living in the same household may ride in the gondola lift together. Two people who do not live together but who maintain a two-metre distance from one another may also ride together.
- Wash your hands frequently.
