*However, please note that, under the Charter of the French Language, all correspondence between customers and Hydro‑Québec must be in French.

The user guide: your reference document

Your account representative and your account manager are here for you!

If you have any questions or requests regarding an incident report, a notice of load variation or a request to change contract power, or for any urgent requests when the portal is unavailable, please contact your account representative or your account manager. They will be able to assist you.

Tips for accessing the portal

If you already use the portal, you should have received an email from Hydro-Québec that includes:

  • Your username;
  • A link to the page where you can choose a new password

Once your password has been reset, you will be able to access the information in your customized space.

The link will be valid for seven days. If you exceed the seven-day period, you will need to go to the portal login page, click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions. Refer to the user guide for the detailed steps to follow.

Please note that we will be doing some updates over the weekend of November 12. The portal will be closed from Friday, November 12 and will reopen on November 15 at 8:00 a.m.

Access management

The person designated by your organization as the access manager (administrator) is responsible for managing access to the portal. If you have any questions about your access privileges, please contact your access manager.

If you wish to use the English version of the portal, you must file a request with your access manager, who will make the change in your user profile.
