OHS and SD evaluations: Your toolkit
All the support tools you need to understand the process and how to fill out the questionnaire(s) correctly are provided below.

In the interest of fairness and to ensure the seriousness of the process, your questionnaire responses must be submitted with supporting documents that meet a series of established criteria. Supporting documents that do not meet all the criteria will be refused by the external partner and you will not receive the points associated with the corresponding response.
You will save a lot of time by first consulting the following lists, which contain information about the correct supporting documents that you need to submit.
