What will you need?
- Contract holder: Your most recent bill.
- Proxy holder or account manager: A recent bill of the account you manage.
Managing 10 or more accounts?
The multiple account search tool was designed to make it easy to search for bills and payments in your various accounts. The tool is available from your Customer Space anytime.
Find overdue bills
You can see all the bills issued in a given period, no matter which account they are for. You can also find overdue accounts.
Search in multiple accounts
Search by billing date, due date or bill number. To narrow your search, you can add criteria like account number, amount billed or address.
Pay bills and download them as PDF or XML files
Based on your search results, you can pay online and download one or more bills as PDF or XML files.
