Financial assistance for installers
Participate in the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program so your customers benefit from financial assistance and receive an incentive of $1,000 based on the installation of certain devices. It's a simple way to contribute to Québec's clean energy transition.
Eligible energy-efficient units
Offer your clients energy-efficient solutions: electric thermal storage systems or geothermal heat pumps. By installing these devices, you’ll be playing a leading role in the energy transition and setting yourself apart from the competition.

Geothermal heat pump
Deduct the financial assistance, equivalent to $750 per 1,000 BTU/h,* from the bill.
With a geothermal heat pump, your customers could save 25% to 35% on their heating costs.

Electric thermal storage (ETS) heating system
Deduct the financial assistance of $15,000 from your customer’s bill when you replace their central heating system with a solution that uses clean and renewable energy.
Electric thermal storage (ETS) heating system and central heat pump
Deduct the financial assistance of $22,000 from your customer’s bill when you replace their old unit with an ETS heating system and central heat pump.
Receive $1,000 for every electric thermal storage (ETS) heating system sold
As an installer, you could receive a financial incentive of $1,000 for every ETS heating system you install, with or without a central heat pump.

If any individual or company offers you an unsolicited service related to the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program on behalf of Hydro‑Québec without your having made such a request, it is probably a scam.
Frequently asked questions
No. You must fill out an application for financial assistance for each home.
No, you cannot because you made a commitment not to apply for financial assistance from Hydro‑Québec or a government organization related to equipment for which you’ve already submitted a request for financial assistance under the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program.
Exception
Only the electricity conversion component of the Chauffez Vert program may be combined with financial assistance under the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program for an electric thermal storage (ETS) heating system. However, the application to the Chauffez Vert program must be submitted by the customer, not the installer.
You have nine months from the installation date to submit an application.
Under the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program, a new build is under construction for as long as it’s owned by a construction or real estate development company. When an individual takes possession of the dwelling, it’s considered an existing home.
As of August 25, 2025, the financial assistance for the purchase and installation of geothermal heat pumps in homes will be limited to $54,000 per address, equivalent to a total capacity of 72,000 BTU/h (6 t).
Requests received before August 25, 2025, are not subject to this upper limit.
