Before you move to a new address

You must apply to Hydro‑Québec for electricity service. Submit your request as soon as you know your new address, to avoid being without electricity on the day of your move.

Rate adjustment effective April 1, 2021

  • Based on inflation, in accordance with An Act to simplify the process for establishing electricity distribution rates*
  • Among the lowest electricity rates in North America (business customers included).

    • * Excluding Rate L, for which the increase is lower than inflation.

Change an address

You want to inform us that your company is relocating to a new address.

Add an address

You want to receive electricity service for your business at a new address while keeping your current contract(s).

Change account holders

You want to change the list of people responsible for an electricity account.

Remove an address

You want to terminate an electricity service contract without transferring it to a new address.
